This month I would like to highlight our family trip to Collingwood’s Blue Mountain. I took on the challenge/adventure of trying to teach our 3 kids to snowboard. Watching the Olympic snowboarders makes it look so easy….but it is NOT that easy to teach nor to keep track of 3 young, reckless snowboarders.
Do you ever stop and consider how technology is forever changing our lives? Recently, I caught myself thinking about what my life was like before I had a cell phone much less a smart phone.
I am SO looking forward to a relaxing Christmas season. The backyard skating rink is ready, the snow shovels are out, AND we bought our first carton of Candy Cane Ice Cream! A true sign that Christmas is just around the corner.
My family and close friends cheered me forward each step on September the 8th as I conquered the Muskoka 70.3 half ironman. What an intense mentally and physically challenging experience

Summer inspires the artistic side of my brain. I recently went to hear a prolific German drummer and clinician, Benny Greb. He was brilliant, expressive, articulate, dynamic and memorable. I learned more about life when I thought I was just learning about drumming.
We have recently teamed up with an organization called Eagle's Flight, based locally in Guelph. On Tuesday, February 26th, we had the amazing opportunity to take some key members of our BWL team to participate in their experiential training session on how to work better as a team.
