In 2006, a major leadership transition unfolded as David, our founder, and leader, stepped back which forced me to step up and the perfect hire for our team was Leo “NETWORKING” Tobi.

This months diligent, conscientious team player shows up with meticulous attention to detail makes each working shift amazing. Liam has not only met our required expectations of him as a detailer on our unforgettable team but he has also recruited an additional valuable team member and is now part of the 3 amigos as we like to call them.

Similar to her favourite type of chocolate is the bittersweet feeling I have as I write this months team player article. There is a season for coming and a season for going. Maria’s coming to Brentwood was over 8 years ago as she joined our finance team responsibilities.
