This month I believe it is pertinent to honour the one lady who started this whole Brentwood Business in the first place…my mom. March 28th, she remembers 50 years ago when she and my dad were first married and began their journey of owning their own businesses together. They owned a variety of service industries before establishing Brentwood Livery in 1990, now celebrating 24 years of service in the KW region.

Family is of utmost importance to mom. What is amazing now is that she still leads our family as the CFO of Brentwood, and all 3 of her children and 2 of her 10 grandchildren are actively working in the business today!

Marilyn, mom, has worn a multitude of different hats over the past 24 years at Brentwood. She has been receptionist, dispatcher, accountant, detailer, decision maker, purchaser, payroll officer, human resources, and even Chauffeur. She is extremely skilled at figuring out the puzzle pieces of a busy Brentwood day and executing the delivery of unforgettable Brentwood Service.

Mom, thank you for your selfless dedication to Brentwood and for instilling the values of service and generosity to your family. As you have stated yourself, you are “Not ready for a rocking chair yet!!!”
