Fleet Manager Wanted:
Brentwood Livery is looking for a fleet/shop service manager. This person must be a leader, organized, task-driven problem solver with a high level of attention to detail and responsibility. They will lead, oversee and train the detailer team. This role will include taking responsibility for the maintenance & repair of the fleet, all our shop equipment, upkeep of our showroom facility plus be the chauffeur Liaison.
The ideal person will have strengths in simplifying and distilling information, with a desire to try out new ideas to modify our fleet process and assist with innovations. While systemizing our methods and restoring our fleet to pristine as needed. It is helpful if you have the experience of utilizing mechanical equipment as the position will require hands-on fixing while juggling many priorities.

Executive/office assistant:
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, task-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team. You will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate for this position will have a high level of energy, and an I-can attitude second to none. With a high level of awareness, you must be in-tune with your intuition and have an open mind. The Executive Assistant will work as part of the team and be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced professional but fun environment.
