Well Folks, we are doing it again for the 6th year in a row. On Saturday, September 6th, I will jump back on my bike and head out with 70 other cyclists for a 120km ride to raise much needed funds for our Grand River Regional Cancer Centre.

September 5th marks 7 years from when I lost my dad to cancer. And everyday I meet someone new who is fighting their own battle. Our 12 year old daughter just lost her first friend to a horrific fight with brain cancer. It was devastating to say the least. Cancer needs to be stopped.

My fundraising goal this year is $5000. Brentwood will once again be sponsoring the event, providing chauffeured services in kind to see all the riders home safely.
