Lindsay Coulter is a local Celebrity! She holds the title of Miss Oktoberfest 2012. She also owns a few of her own small businesses: Lindsay Coulter Photography and Qoliver.com. My favourite title that Lindsay carries is this month’s Referring Client of the Month.
