The average spend to experience a professional chauffeured wedding package service in a limousine is $1000. However, we can customize a wedding experience to suit your needs and budget. We have packages ranging from 3 to 12 hours, half day to full day and vehicles seating 4 to over 30 people. When hiring a limousine service you should consider not only the price but the type of experience and quality of vehicle you expect to enjoy. Much like renting a hotel room, price will reflect the level of service and quality of amenities. Your wedding day cannot be repeated so shopping simply by low price means compromises in the reliability, cleanliness and possibly safety of a vehicle or sacrifices in the concierge chauffeured experience.

Brentwood is based in the Waterloo Region and most of our weddings usually start or finish with 45 minute radius. However, we are mobile and have been asked to travel up to 2 hours outside the region.

Our specialized wedding fleet is diverse. If you need to accommodate 1 to 30 people in one vehicle or larger groups in multiple vehicles we have the ability to solve your challenge. Common group sizes are 8, 12, 20 and 30 passengers per vehicle. See our fleet page to choose your preferred vehicle.

We DO NOT OUTSOURCE our wedding packages to other limo companies because your wedding day is too important. We believe our team are uniquely trained to the highest wedding service levels and your wedding business cannot be trusted to anyone else.

To ensure the quality of our service we do not outsource work to other limo companies. This means that it can be difficult to accommodate all of the demand. Each year, season, month and day has a different interest level which can mean availability is limited. The earlier a reservation is secured the better. However, it’s always worth contacting us, even if it’s at the last minute.

Yes. Our vehicles, our chauffeurs and our business meet and exceed all requirements in terms of licensing, vehicle safety and insurance.

All Brentwood chauffeurs are vetted, screened and have to go through a four part hiring process with more than 30 hours of rigorous training. Training includes in class, in car and ride along instruction. Our Wedding trained chauffeurs have received the highest level of training and specialized instruction before they are entrusted with your day. Be assured that your Wedding Specialized Chauffeur has completed 100’s of hours to gain experience and prove they can consistently meet the company standards before they are approved to serve you on your wedding day.

Please do. We strongly encourage a site visit with any limousine provider you are considering. We welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your wedding details. Visiting our showroom in person also allows for you to meet our team and choose your preferred vehicle. Our clients have found that visiting our showroom has certainly helped them see our difference in care and attention to detail.

Yes. To secure your vehicle of choice exclusively for your wedding date we require a deposit. We suggest a 50% deposit at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. After seven days this deposit is non-refundable.

We accept Email transfers, cash or cheque. Credit card payments incur an additional fee. Note: a credit card is required on your account as security. (Visa/Mastercard)

We’ll do everything we can to accommodate any changes you may require to our service. We want your day to be sensational and as stress free as possible. Revisions may affect pricing and our deposit and cancellation policies will apply.

If you cancel within 7 days from the date of securing your reservation Brentwood Livery will refund 100% of a deposit. On the 8th day we reserve the right to retain a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment is due a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of service. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the wedding will not be eligible for any refunds.

Brentwood does not mandate a gratuity. However, the suggested industry standard is 15% – 20% and most clients request that a gratuity be included on their bill. It’s one less thing to remember and, yes, our chauffeurs know and will acknowledge if it is included on the bill.

No. We do not have any hidden surcharges or fees. At the time of securing your reservation we will review date, time, vehicle type and start and finish city to ensure the price matches these details. We believe a properly planned itinerary ensuring being on-time and arriving on-time to your reception is VITAL. Therefore, when planned properly there should NOT need to be OVERTIME. We do have some terms and conditions for you to agree to that cover situations such as damage or excessive clean up should the vehicle be mistreated.

Yes. We can send e-receipts or print them if you pay cash. Your booking confirmation will always include all payments and outstanding balance.

It depends on the vehicle and package you choose. All vehicle amenities are listed per vehicle. However, in a specialty vehicle you can expect glassware, juice, pop, ice, an inverter upon request, an audio visual system (vehicle dependant), luxury seating and remarkable lighting.

Yes. You will receive your chauffeur’s contact number in your 24 & 2 hour reminder notices before the event.

A reservationist will call you 24-48 hours in advance of your wedding day as a final confirmation of details. We’ll also send a system generated confirmation 24 & 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Your details are important to us.

With our guaranteed On-Time service we aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. One less stress on your unforgettable day.

Alcohol consumption, smoking and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines, charges, legal costs or cleanup expenses resulting from its use will be paid for by the client. We have a “No Alcohol” policy in our agreements due to the inherent liability. Be responsible, be safe, and enjoy the chauffeured service.

You certainly may. Our wedding packages are dedicated consecutive per hour packages and it’s your private vehicle to enjoy. It’s your day. If you have two separate trips booked with our company please confirm with the chauffeur and/or office before leaving belongings in the vehicle.

No. All of Brentwood’s vehicles are non-smoking.
