Brentwood is based in the Waterloo Region and most of our events usually start or finish within a 45 minute radius. However, we are mobile and have been asked to travel up to 2 hours outside the region.

All Brentwood all chauffeurs are vetted, screened and have completed a four part hiring process with more than 30 hours of rigorous training. Training includes in class, in car and ride along instruction. Our event trained chauffeurs have received some of the highest levels of training and specialized instruction before they are entrusted with your occasion. Be assured that your Concierge Chauffeur has completed advanced training, is experienced and has been tested to prove they can consistently meet the company standards before they are approved to serve you for your unforgettable event.

The earlier the better. Availability varies depending on the season, day of week, time of day and vehicle of choice. Clients requesting larger capacity vehicles typically book earlier than those requiring smaller capacity vehicles. There are fewer larger capacity vehicles available and they require the highest level training and licensing to operate. However, it’s always worth contacting us, even at the last minute.
Yes. A deposit of 50% is necessary to secure your booking. Within 30 days of your booked date the deposit is non-refundable.
We accept cash, email transfers, cheque, Visa or MasterCard.
We’ll do everything we can to accommodate any changes you may require to our service. We want your event to be sensational and as stress free as possible. Revisions may affect pricing and our deposit and cancellation policies will apply.
The unexpected happens. We expect changes. We will make every effort to work with changes to your itinerary, subject to availability. If you exceed your contracted period overtime charges may apply.
Within 30 days of your booked date Brentwood Livery reserves the right to retain a 50% non-refundable deposit. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your reserved time we reserve the right to collect or process 100% of the estimated charges.
Brentwood does not require a gratuity. However, most clients request that a gratuity be included on their bill. The industry standard is 15% – 20%.
No. We do not have any hidden surcharges or fees. We do have some terms and conditions for you to agree to that cover situations such as damage or excessive clean up.
You are responsible for any damages you cause to a vehicle during the reservation. Of course, we don’t expect you to be white glove clean during your trip, that’s our thing, but sickness or excessive clean up will result in a sanitation fee.
Yes. We can send e-receipts or print them if you pay cash. Your booking confirmation will always include all payments and outstanding balance.
It depends on the vehicle and package you choose. All vehicle amenities are listed per vehicle. However, in a specialty vehicle you can expect glassware, juice, pop, ice, an inverter upon request, an audio visual system (vehicle dependent), luxury seating and remarkable lighting.
With our guaranteed On-Time service we aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup.
Yes. We can provide you with your chauffeurs contact number 2 hours before the event.
Brentwood provides a confirmation email at the time of booking and system generated reminder notices 24 hours and 2 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup date/time.
Alcohol consumption, smoking and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines, charges, legal costs or cleanup expenses resulting from its use will be paid for by the client. We have a “No Alcohol” policy in our agreements due to the inherent liability. Be responsible, be safe, and enjoy the chauffeured service.
You certainly may. Our reservations are typically dedicated consecutive hour packages and it’s your private vehicle to enjoy for your event. If you have two separate trips booked with our company please confirm with the chauffeur and/or office before leaving belongings in the vehicle.

No. All of Brentwood’s vehicles are non-smoking.
Yes. We treat them like any of your other guests. The contract agreement still applies for damages to the vehicle.
Yes. We treat it as a billing per hour trip from start to finish.
How much does it cost to rent a limo?
That is a big question with a wide range of answers. Vehicle size, number of hours and distance of travel will all impact pricing. Our Chauffeured limousine services can range anywhere from $60-$200 per hour depending on the details. Airport and daily transfer services are often priced flat rate and according to the details provided. However, the Brentwood Livery goal is to reduce planning workload and provide the opportunity to decompress or be productive while we handle the stress. Our aim being to provide an unforgettable experience where value exceeds expense.
