That is a big question with a wide range of answers. Vehicle size, number of hours and distance of travel will all impact pricing. Our Chauffeured limousine services can range anywhere from $60-$200 per hour depending on the details. Airport and daily transfer services are often priced flat rate and according to the details provided. However, the Brentwood Livery goal is to reduce planning workload and provide the opportunity to decompress or be productive while we handle the stress. Our aim being to provide an unforgettable experience where value exceeds expense.

The price you pay should include positive engagement throughout the entire experience from booking to follow up to ensure your experience was exemplary. Much like renting a hotel room, price will reflect the level of service and amenities. However, differing from the comfort of a hotel room bed you are potentially trusting someone with confidential information, such as travel schedules, personal location details, proprietary info and ultimately, your stress level and your safety. For all local reservation requests we will travel any distance, as requested. We are mobile and not limited to distance. The majority of our services originate from within a 2 hour radius of Waterloo region, but we are here to serve within or outside our service area.

Brentwood has engaged events both large and small. Our experience ranges from looking after 3,500 VIP concert guests over two days, to attending to the needs of world renowned keynote speakers and officials to serving all attendees of the conference. Our on-site logistics management and technology keep the host event team informed in real-time. We have a very strong reputation for detail driven luxury service thanks to our excellent event team and our experienced chauffeurs who are specifically trained in event management, not just driving.

Yes. Our vehicles, our chauffeurs and our business meet and exceed all industry requirements in terms of licensing, safety and insurance. We are licenced in the Region of Waterloo, and have a valid Public Vehicle Licence and a Commercial Vehicle Operators Registration.

All Brentwood chauffeurs are vetted, screened and have completed a four part hiring process with 30-50 hours of initial rigorous training. In class, in car and ride along instruction are required before a candidate is permitted to chauffeur. Our corporate event trained chauffeurs have received specialized instruction before they are entrusted with your corporate event.

Please do. We strongly encourage a site visit with any chauffeured service provider you are considering. We welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your requirements and event details. Visiting our showroom in person also allows for you to meet our team and choose your preferred vehicle. Our clients have found that visiting our showroom has certainly helped highlight our difference in care and attention to detail.

Best availability is ensured by booking early but, please contact us, even at the last minute.

A deposit of 50% is necessary to secure a specialty vehicle for your event date. In the case of cancellation within 30 days of the date of reservation Brentwood Livery reserves the right to retain the 50% non-refundable deposit. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation time Brentwood Livery reserves the right to collect/process 100% of the estimated charges for the reservation.

We’ll do everything we can to accommodate any changes you may require to our service. We want your event to be sensational and as stress free as possible. Revisions may affect pricing and our deposit and cancellation policies will apply.

Yes, but typically only on accounts that exceed $10,000.00 monthly, OAC.

Within 30 days of your booked date Brentwood Livery reserves the right to retain a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of your reserved booking are subject to 100% of the estimated charges and we reserve the right to collect or process the balance.

Brentwood does not require a gratuity. However, most clients request that a gratuity be included on their bill. The industry standard is 15% – 20%.

No. We do not have any hidden surcharges or fees. We do have terms and conditions that require your consent covering situations such as tolls, damages or excessive clean up.

You are responsible for any damages you cause to a vehicle during the reservation. Of course, we don’t expect you to be white glove clean during your trip, that’s our thing, but sickness or excessive clean up will result in a sanitation fee.

Yes. We can send e-receipts or print them if you pay cash. Your booking confirmation will always include all payments and outstanding balance.

Brentwood provides system generated reminder notices 24 and 2 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup date/time. Event coordinators will receive a phone call confirmation 24-48 hours in advance.

On all event specialty vehicle trips billing is pre-authorized on the credit card of record at a minimum of $100 more than the balance due prior to the trip. This is just a pre-authorization not the final charge. The authorization allows pre-approved credit for overtime charges or incidents.

The unexpected happens. Changes to locations within a pre-arranged package are not uncommon. Any changes, such as an early pick up time or extended finish times are subject to availability. We will make every effort to work with all changes to your itinerary. Overtime charges may apply.

Yes. You will receive your chauffeur’s contact number in your 24 & 2 hour reminder notices before the event.

With our guaranteed On-Time service we aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup.

It depends on the vehicle and package you choose. All vehicle amenities are listed per vehicle. However, in a specialty vehicle you can expect glassware, juice, pop, ice, an inverter upon request, an audio visual system (vehicle dependent), luxury seating and remarkable lighting.

Alcohol consumption, smoking and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines, charges, legal costs or cleanup expenses resulting from its use will be paid for by the client. We have a “No Alcohol” policy in our agreements due to the inherent liability. Be responsible, be safe, and enjoy the chauffeured service.

You certainly may. Our corporate reservations are typically dedicated consecutive per hour packages and it’s your private vehicle to enjoy for your event. If you have two separate trips booked with our company please confirm with the chauffeur and/or our office before leaving items in the vehicle. Often clients traveling by plane will ask us to store belongs while they are gone; winter coats etc. However, one convenience of chauffeured service is door to door service and you might not need your heavy winter attire.

No. All of Brentwood’s vehicles are non-smoking and never been smoked in.

    Terminal 3: Commissionaires booth is outside at post 29. (Proceed down the hallway following sign for “Limo” 2nd set of doors, exit doors labeled F and turn left, commissionaires booth is 25 meters from the doors on the left at post 29)
  4. Register with the COMMISSIONAIRE and have them request BRENTWOOD LIVERY from the holding compound.
  5. Your Brentwood Chauffeur is waiting in a nearby compound for the commissionaires call and will meet you curbside after he is paged.

YYZ Pearson airport mandates that you clear customs and claim your luggage before exiting to the public area. There is no public access to the baggage claim area.
