These cookies are quick and easy to make. My family and friends love them and you can also freeze them.

Almond flour is a  very healthy flour, you can purchase it at Costco or many great health food stores.
Protein powder are not all the same, I have one that I recommend that comes in different flavor. The best recommendation, I can make is to check out the source of the ingredients when you are looking to buy a protein powder.

Ingredients:

2 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup of protein powder
1/2 cup of egg whites
1/3 cup of canola oil or butter
2 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of chopped dates

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix Almond flour, protein powder, egg whites, canola oil and baking powder
  3. Stir in pecans & dates
  4. Drop spoon full on cookie sheet
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 -15 minutes
