Our team player this month has been around Brentwood almost 25 years.  She cleaned limos one summer and after dipping her toe in the water she was hooked but didn’t realize it until years later when she returned in 2011. However, 2015 was when she really changed her focus from being an emergency nurse, to embracing a whole new role in the company.   In fact not only did she embrace it, she fully assumed most of the director of operations role, administration and Executive Assistant (whatever that means) all of the dispatch, availability and assigning of chauffeurs, scheduling and assigning all of our detailer’s, managing the day-to-day operations of every trip and she helped free up Marilyn from all the bookkeeping, internal accounting, payroll and accounts payable duties.  She sounds super human when I read everything she does for the company.  I can attest to it, she is… and it’s just another reason I absolutely love her.  Not only does she deserve team player of the month for dedication, contribution and commitment but also it her birthday month.  Happy birthday Laura Ferguson and thank you for being my partner at home and at work!
