Junior Achievement - On a mission to inspire and prepare youth to be successful in a global economyThis month we are pleased to share updates from one of our many great community organizations. Junior Achievement Waterloo Region provides programs in the areas of financial literacy; entrepreneurship and work readiness to students in our region.

We had an opportunity to meet with Brian Breckles, President & CEO of JA Waterloo Region. He shared there are over 200 K-8 schools in his area. JA’s fundraising efforts assist in the delivery of programs to children predominantly in grades 7 & 8. Next month JA will hold it’s 16th Annual Theatre & Auction Night on April 5th. It will be an evening of live entertainment, cocktails, appetizers and a silent auction!

This year the highlight is a performance of Hairspray the Broadway Musical at the Hamilton Family Theatre in Cambridge.
