- Beertown Waterloo – 3 hours before game time
- Beertown Cambridge – 2 hours and 15 minutes before game time

Cancellation policy: We guarantee your Experience will take place as long as we have a minimum of 4 riders. In the rare case we have to cancel, you will be notified 24 hours prior and will receive a 100% refund.
Late Policy: Please be on time. In respect of other passengers we will depart on time, even if everyone has not arrived.
Refund Policy: Please contact our office in advance of the event. We are happy to try and change your ticket to a new date to accommodate your schedule. Refunds may be granted in special circumstances.
